This right here above,is narcolepsy life. It happens every morning. i sit in the chair to do dick diaries, and 90% of the time there will be some micro dozing involved.

Thats why i couldnt have an office job. left it there this morning so you can see when i say that making those videos and doing this website takes HOURS,I am not joking.

This is also why i need 1.5 hours notice minimum for any bookings of 1 hour or more.

I was only officially diagnosed with narcolepsy and sleep apnoea a year ago.

Before that, i knew i had it, but when i first looked there was so little help for it (30 years ago) and i was PETRIFIED they would take my licence off me. 

At the time i was driving a super cool morris minor 1000, and there was NO WAY i was giving it up🤣🤣🤣 so i learned to deal with the condition, and just revoled my life around sleep.  forward fast 30 years, and sorting out medication and my sleep hygeine

complex juggling act. But well worth it! my quality of life is so much better....I've learned alot about it, And may i say to anyone struggling with their sleep....

even if you can just lay in your bed with your eyes closed; you are still getting rest.
